COVID-19 Update from Outback Pools & Spas
Our team at Outback Pools & Spas has been diligently monitoring the progression of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. The health and safety of our customers and employees is always our top priority. We are following all guidelines provided by the state, government and public health sector to keep our community safe and thriving. Until further notice our showroom will remain open, with several changes to our processes and additional services available to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Our team members are committed to ensuring a clean, safe and enjoyable shopping experience. We are frequently sanitizing all high-touch surfaces within our showroom, including but not limited to countertops, door handles, light switches, phones, computers, keyboards, and washrooms.
Our team members are also practicing excellent hygiene, as well as social distancing. Employees are washing their hands frequently with soap and warm water, for at least 20 seconds each time. In the instance that hand washing is not an option, an alcohol-based hand sanitizer will be used. Our employees will maintain a 6 foot distance from each other and all customers in the store.
We will be offering free delivery and a car service as well. If a customer does not want to enter the showroom, they can drive up to the curb and one of our team members will bring out their products. We will also be scheduling private appointments.
NOTICE FROM THE CDC
The CDC has stated that:
“There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.”
