How Long Can I Stay Inside a Hot Tub For?

How Long Can I Stay Inside a Hot Tub?

We recommend that you soak in your hot tub anywhere from 15-20 minutes, all the way to 40-60 minutes. How long you soak will depend on factors such as your health, tolerance and preference.

If you have a health condition, speak with your health care provider first to make sure that hot tub hydrotherapy is right for you and how long your ideal soak time should be.

When you first bring home your hot tub, we suggest gradually building your tolerance. First, begin with the temperature between 98 and 100°F, then soak for anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes. From there, you can slowly increase the temperature and spend a little more time in your spa for each soak.

This will help you to find out which temperature is best for you and what your ideal soak time is as well. You should especially monitor how you feel when exiting the spa. You should exit feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and stress-free.
